NEW Nametag Program
We are very excited to announce our new nametag program. One of the many struggle that our stores face today is that employees forget or lose their nametags. We have found with this new program that employees can finally take pride in their nametag, and it makes them actually WANT to wear one.
To get started you will need to do two things, order your nametags, lanyards and/or magnets. Then fill out the excel sheet with the employees that will get them. We will do the rest.
Here is the memo in full-
Employees are required to wear a nametag at all times and are responsible for the proper care and handling of their nametag. Employees who do not properly care for their nametag, or lose their nametag, may be required to purchase a replacement. Each employee will receive a nametag upon hire. For the first 90 days of employment at our facility, a standard small magnetic nametag with just the employees’ first name will be issued.
After ninety days of employment, a name badge will be issued with the following on the actual badge:
First Name
Last Name
Nickname
Position (Staff, Supervisor, etc)
Along with this you have 2 choices.
- (Recommended) Lanyard with Sky High’s logo and graphic.
- Magnetic back for employees to wear the nametag on their shirt.
