Audit Changes 2018
This document gives you a place to print out the full audit. We still recommend using Mobile inspection to conduct an audit.
Here is a small list of changed made in 2018.1- We added a new scoring mechanism. In addition to Yes and No scoring we now have the ability to put a “partial” score. This would be used in the case of having all gates locked except one; instead of getting a no, you would get a partial. Or if you have all redundant nets on, but they are not as tight as we would like, we may give a partial score for that.
2- We split cleanliness into two categories. Cleanliness and Appearance. Cleanliness encompasses day to day cleaning, where appearance covers how the store looks from the customers eyes.
3- Changed the weighted scoring. The new weights are as follows-
—Safety-50% —Customer Service-25% —Appearance- 15% —Cleanliness- 5% —Efficiency- 5% 4- Removed about 50 questions that were irrelevant.
5- Added new branding and vendor questions.
